Payment & service terms
Seller and scope
The seller is HAAVIK APP DEVELOPMENT, organisation no. 935582016, Norway. Initial commercial offers are proposed for business clients, subject to owner approval; consumer sales are not opened by this site. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
An individual written offer
No contract is formed by viewing this website or contacting us. Before any order, the parties must agree the Client ID and Order ID, specification, deliverables, price, currency, tax treatment, deadline, dependencies, acceptance criteria, correction scope and cancellation terms. No recurring subscription is created by this website.
Price and payment
Prices are quoted individually in NOK unless another currency is expressly agreed. The total and applicable taxes must be stated before payment. LIVE payments are not available. Once separately authorised and activated, payment is intended through an individual Stripe-hosted Checkout link from HAD; a bank alternative is only available if expressly agreed. Do not send money to obtain priority or activate a draft order.
When work starts
Commercial execution requires the agreed full payment to be independently verified and the order to have valid execution authority. A payment success page or an email screenshot is not payment proof. An advance remains an obligation until the agreed delivery and acceptance; it is not treated as a completed sale simply because it was paid.
Delivery and changes
Software is delivered electronically through the authorised client space or an agreed secure channel. The written offer sets the delivery date and review period. Changed scope, price or deadline requires renewed agreement before extra work or a new charge. No physical shipping is offered.
Rights and dependencies
The offer states the licence or transfer of rights in delivered work and identifies applicable third-party licences. A customer must have rights to supplied materials. Secrets, production credentials and sensitive personal data must not be supplied as ordinary task input.
Problems and cancellation
See the Refunds & cancellation page. Contact us with the Order ID before taking action on a disputed deliverable. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
