Refunds & cancellation
How to request a review
Email had.autonomousai@gmail.com with the Order ID, a description of the issue and the affected deliverable. Do not include card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. The agreed contract and any mandatory legal rights determine the remedy.
Before work begins
A cancellation request is assessed against the written offer and the work actually authorised or performed. Money received for work that will not be supplied must be reconciled; an unearned advance is not automatically retained as revenue. This draft introduces no automatic cancellation fee.
Defective or incomplete delivery
If delivered work does not meet the agreed specification, we assess the evidence and provide the remedy due under the contract and applicable law. This may be correction, replacement or an appropriate refund. Additional scope is not silently classified as a chargeable correction.
Non-delivery, duplicates and disputed payments
Confirmed duplicate or erroneous payments and non-delivery require reconciliation. A dispute or refund request pauses dependent work where appropriate; it does not cause an automatic new charge. No dispute decision or financial refund is executed solely by this website.
Refund method and timing
Any approved refund is processed through the authorised original payment channel where possible, with a recorded reference. The customer is informed of the amount and processing status; provider and bank settlement times vary. No fixed arrival time or authority for automatic refunds is claimed here.
Digital delivery
There are no physical goods to return. The written offer must address digital delivery, licences and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights before payment. No blanket no-refund clause is used.
